      As an experienced courtroom lawyer, Ted Maciag's litigation practice includes representing corporations and individuals at the Federal Courthouses in Newark, Trenton and Camden, N.J.; at the Supreme Court of New Jersey; at the Appellate Division of N.J. Superior Court; and at the Law Division or Chancery Division of N.J. Superior Court at the County Courthouses in Somerset, Hunterdon, Warren, Middlesex, Morris, Monmouth, Ocean, Union, Essex, Hudson, Bergen and Passaic Counties. (Those county courthouses are located in, respectively, Somerville, Flemington, Belvedere, New Brunswick, Morristown, Freehold, Toms River, Elizabeth, Newark, Jersey City, Hackensack and Paterson) . 

    Ted Maciag has been admitted in State and Federal Courts in New Jersey (D.N.J.), New York (S.D.N.Y., E.D.N.Y.), Pennsylvania (E.D.Pa.) and Illinois (N.D.Ill.), on a pro hac vice basis for special matters. He has been admitted to the Bar in New Jersey (1981 - active), Virginia 1981 - presently inactive) and the District of Columbia (1989 - presently inactive), and has been admitted to the bars of, and has appeared in:  the New Jersey Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He is experienced in Removal Litigation, involving the Removal of cases to the Federal Courts.

    Ted Maciag has acted as lead counsel in complex internationally litigated cases, coordinating co-counsel at the Palace of Justice at The Hague, The Netherlands, and in the Dutch Courts in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

    Mr. Maciag has also represented clients in Municipal Court in several local municipalities, including on motor vehicle violations and other municipal matters.
